The apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances and includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer in-unit and shared balcony. Gym also in building for small fee. Great location in Tribeca. Located near subways and the Hudson River Park. Great restaurants, bars, whole foods, bed bath and beyond all right outside your front door. Located next to the water with access to basketball courts, volley ball, put put, skate park, dog parks etc. What more can you ask for?? I've lived here for almost 4 years now and absolutely love it.
The roommates are both in there late 20s/early 30s. One works in finance and the other is in tech, easy going and clean.
