Hi Everyone!

A one bedroom with a shared bath is available in our three bedroom apartment. The room is 10’ x 16’ with enough space to have both a sleeping area and a living area.

Common areas include a bathroom, a kitchen, and a garden. The bath is shared with only one other roommate. The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of room for cooking and a small dining table. The garden has a lemon tree and a cottage that opens up to create an indoor-outdoor entertaining area. On the roof of the apartment building, we have a sweeping view of the city as well as seating and a grill.

H lives in one of the two bedrooms upstairs and will share the bath with you. H works in Finance and takes ballet lessons. H is a female in her 30s. K lives in the master bedroom downstairs and only shares the kitchen. K works in solar technology and likes to garden. K is a male in his 20s. We are both quiet and tidy and do not drink or smoke.

The neighborhood is right at the intersection of the Castro, Mission Dolores, and Duboce Triangle. It is incredibly walkable and bike-able. The 22, 37, F, J, K, L, M all stop between one to three blocks away. Corporate shuttles pick up and drop off right around the corner. Safeway, Whole Foods, and Bi-Rite as well as Dolores Park and Duboce Park are all about a ten minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the way.

Rent is $1,750 per month. Utilities for gas, electricity, and internet are $70 per month. The deposit is $1,000. This room is available now. We will sign a month-to-month sublease agreement.

There is a washer and a dryer in the garage. If you would like the parking spot in the garage, that would be $200 additional. The parking spot will fit a two-door car. The spot is currently occupied by construction equipment because the building is getting retrofitted for earthquake safety.
