Looking for female roomate to take converted living room!

Hello! We are two 23 year old females, both working full time as software engineers and are looking for someone to fill in a converted living room space in a two bed and two bath - you would share a bath with one of us. We plan on actually converting the living room by inserting a diy wall and door to ensure max privacy, and a more comfortable experience! The kitchen would have all the necessary equipment, so the only thing you would need to do is figure out your groceries. The living space would be unfurnished, so you would need a bed, closet etc. We're both clean - we will be fairly dividing the cleaning/purchasing of house supplies such as toilet roll, dishwashing soap etc between the three of us. We prefer that each of us clean up after themselves if they use the kitchen, so as to ensure it is clean before going to bed and for the next morning. Other than those particulars, we're both easy-going, approachable, and genuine!
The location is a 15 min walk from San Francisco Caltrain station. It has wonderful amenities such a three outdoor swimming pools, BBQ areas etc. These can be checked out at www.bayside.com.Cheers!
