Hi there. Actress/Stuntwoman looking for a cat friendly roommate in my NoHo spot. I’m a bit of a work-a-holic so I like for Home to be a safe sanctuary. Party animals probably need not apply, lol. I’d love to develop a friendship with my roommate to add some extra warmth to our spot but my major priority is co-existing in a stress free way. I am clean but also laid back. I’m used to being the only one who cleans in the apt, but also being the only one who might make a mess. My spot is smack dab in the Arts District, right next to the park and the metro. No parking spots but honestly incredibly easy street parking, I promise. Washer and dryer in the building as well.
