Hi! I'm Pete and I'm a fun, easy going, clean, friendly and sociable roommate. I'm respectful of my roommates time and privacy. I don't need my roommate to be a friend as long as we get along well and have a good living situation, but I do prefer to be friendly and sociable with those with which I live!
I work in Princeton NJ so will be commuting from Penn Station each day. I also travel for work pretty regularly, so I won't always be around. I live in the flex bedroom in a 1 flex 2 in The Townsend (350 W. 37th St.) . Your bedroom would be the true bedroom and is very spacious with a great view from your floor to ceiling windows. The unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the building has a gym and an awesome roof! Perfect location if you need to be near Midtown.
I"m not a party animal but do like to go out occasionally and would love to have some friends over from time to time on weekends. Would be pumped to live with someone that does the same. I'm into sports, music, podcasts and reading.

True bedroom in a 1 flex 2 luxury building in Hudson Yards with laundry in unit!
This is a nice, modern, spacious apartment in a luxury building with a doorman, gym and an amazing rooftop deck. It is a 1 bedroom flexed into a 2 bedroom with a full wall all the way to the ceiling and a good sized living room that holds a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV with tower speakers.
Your bedroom is a large bedroom with a large closet, floor to ceiling windows, and more than enough space to fit a king size bed. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer in the unit! There is one bathroom shared by the two tenants.
I will be your roommate and I am living in the flex room. I have already furnished the living room with a couch, coffee table and tv (see photos).
About me... I'm a 32 year old professional. I commute to Princeton NJ for work, so I'm gone most of the day, and I travel pretty regularly for work. I am clean and organized and am looking for a roommate that is the same. I am sociable and will occasionally have friends over. I'm very laid back and easy going. I'm into sports, music and movies. Due to my commute, I'm up early in the morning and in bed early at night. I am a respectful roommate and expect the same from my roommate. I have lived in this building for a year and think it is a great place to live.
