July 1 - Room available in fidi 2 bedroom
Hi! I am looking for someone (female!) to renew my lease with in my 2br/1bath Fidi apt for JULY 1. The building has a 24 hr doorman, elevator, great staff, gym, laundry and a newly renovated rooftop with two grills and seating.
1 bedroom flex – The room can easily fit a full or queen bed and dresser with plenty of space left.
The apartment has a sizable living room with a separate kitchen and DISHWASHER!!! We also have Central a/c and heat.
About the area:
The apartment is located very close to the Wall Street 4/5, the NQR is behind the building, the 1/2/3/ and J are about 2 blocks away – the subway options make this apartment feel centrally located. About 10-15 minutes walking to Tribeca (SoulCyle, Corepower Yoga, Whole Foods, Target, etc)…in the neighborhood we are few hundred feet from Fidi Physique 57, 8 min walk from SoulCycle FiDi, Pure Barre, 2 Min from Equinox Wall Street and 10 from Equinox Brookfield Place
