Hello I am looking for a tenant to lease for 1 year. Possibly more if you like the place! The condo is 2 bed 2 bath roommate style plan where you will have the Master Bedroom and your own private bathroom and walk in closet. As it is roommate style plan, the rooms are on separate side to have your own privacy, and you share the common space. You will be rooming with another female roommate. The condo is UNFURNISHED (picture of the master bedroom to be posted soon) and is $800 a month (includes all utilities except internet). I have extra furniture you can use if you want (dining table, bar stools, night stand, floor lamp, patio furniture), but if you have your own furniture, then I will put it in storage!

The condo is very secluded with amazing sunlight from the sunroom. You also have access to the outdoor porch. Washer and Dryer in condo unit. There is parking inside the condo with no designated parking spot. The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom inside the room and a huge master walk-in closet.

There is a current female roommate and a little about her: She is a young working professional in her late 20's. She is very laid back and chill and is very respectful to the common space area and everyone. She loves working out, a foodie at heart, and loves movies/tv shows/outdoors/brewery. You will get a chance to meet her in person/via video chat beforehand so you are comfortable!

About the community and area: The community is gated and you will have access to the clubhouse gym, pool (2 tiered with grill), and tennis court! It is very safe and quiet and close and convenient to everything you need. It is a 15 min drive to Midtown/Buckhead, and right by I-285 highway for easy commute and transportation.
