I recently graduated from the University of Miami and decided to kick off my career in NYC. I'm currently commuting to my SoHo office from Westchester, NY and it is a huge pain in the ass. I would love to move to Battery Park/Financial District October 1st. My friend was recently looking in this area and she gave me a huge list of great buildings with amenities that allow flexing. I have a few buildings in mind, I just need a great roommate who matches my schedule!
I'm fairly easy-going and don't mind guests coming over, but I'm allergic to cats, so that isn't negotiable. I love to go out on weekends and try new restaurants. I have a lot of friends from the area who are already living in the city so if you're looking to meet new people I can introduce you to plenty! I'm open to living with two roommates in a two-bedroom with flex walls for the third.
