I'm an actor who also works freelance jobs in bartending and promotional work. I prefer my home to be where I come to rest and recharge, so I like to keep it clean and a place that feels "homey". I don't often have people over, but as long as everyone respects each other I'm not closed to having a few people around now and then. I try to be laid back and keep a positive environment at home!

Sunny Bedroom in Large Apartment on Minutes from Manhattan

Move-in is July 15th.
Rent $733 (everything included).
Deposit $990.
Looking for someone long-term, now through December 31 with possibility of extension.
The room: 11' x 8' and comes with a wardrobe. Unfurnished, otherwise.
Location: Journal Square stop in easily accessible Jersey City. Apartment is about a 7-minute walk to Path train. It takes 21 minutes to 33rd Street and about 12 minutes to the World Trade Center.
The apartment: 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom. First floor with outside backyard access.
My roommate Joe and I are both actors and do other freelance work on the side. We keep a clean (shoes off inside, do our dishes, normal cleaning after ourselves) but relaxed home. We don't really have parties at home, but aren't closed off to the idea if you want a few friends over. No smoking inside, no pets.
