HI there!

We are looking for a clean, non smoking, no pets, no parties roommate (professional or student). Can be long term or a few months (ideally 6 months) for an intern (we are flexible). Looking for someone for JAN 1st, 2019!

-No security deposit
-No lease
-Just pay on a month to month basis ****(for JAN 1st move in, rent must be paid DEC 25th no exceptions, we always pay 1 week in advance)
-Sign roommate agreement contract
-Utilities & WiFi included in rent

Just a brief overview of the apartment:

3 bedroom apartment
(Kitchen- espresso machine, blender, pots pans, plates, utensils and of course fridge and stove.
(Bathroom- Toilet, bath tub, medicine cabinet, mirror
(Living room- Spacious area, 1 sofa bed couch and 1 smaller couch, Big screen television with Hulu included in your rent
(Your bedroom- Spacious with two long mirrors, behind the mirrors you have just below ceiling to floor closet space. Lock on the door (locks from the inside).

My name is cin and I live with my roommate carlos. He is an NYU grad and I am a working professional in hospitality. Carlos is in his mid 30s and I am 29 years old.

Me: I am more reserved, I stay in my room most of the time, I am super friendly but I dont like to converse much (I feel like when you are at home thats the place where one should be able to relax and feel like their safe haven), however, I dont mind going out for brunch here and there :) I love to travel and will whenever I can get time off. I am a new yorker, my parents were born in Dominican republic (i speak spanish).

Carlos: He is more social usually watches TV in the living room and dosent mind a conversation. But he will sometimes go out for a walk or stay in his room. He runs marathons a lot and travels a lot as well!!! He was previously visiting for the world cup and was in Russia for a month! Carlos is originally from LA but has been living in NY for almost 10 years now. His parents are also of south america decent and speaks Spanish.

Nobody in the house smokes, we have no pets, our common areas are kept very clean, in the outside of the building we have recycling and a 24 hour super who takes care of maintenance in the building (no bugs or pests).

The building has laundry room accessible 24 hours a day in the basement. However, Astoria has everything you need just walking distance. Luckily our apartment is just 1 minute walk away from the subway.
