Remington D - $2,000/month

Am moving to New York City this month to begin a new finance-related job in the Midtown area and am looking to share the expenses of living in Manhattan so that I (and my roommate) can have a better quality of life. I’ll be working 60-70 hours/week, on average. I am:

Gracious, courteous, respectful, clean, organized, private, kind, self-contained, vegan, athletic, former ski racer and yoga practitioner. I play the violin to unwind (am an accomplished musician), enjoy video games, and like to hang out and watch a movie. I don’t smoke (anything) and am pretty much a non-drinker.

Looking for individuals that are similarly gracious, courteous, etc. I have my space, you have yours, and we respectfully share common areas.

Would like to maintain a level of privacy and personal space, i.e., my own bedroom, closet, and separate bathroom, if possible. Ideally would live within walking distance of my new work place (125W 55th St), with minimal street noise in a secure and well maintained residence, but am open to appealing options that are slightly further away from this area.
