Hi there! I am looking to rent a room in my home. My home is 2 years old in a newer subdivision. It is a large one story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, study and media room. The room is a second master bedroom that is a private, furnished room with your own bathroom located inside the room. You would have full use of all common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, media room, laundry room, covered patio, and backyard). Monthly rent includes all bills paid (gas, water, electric), as well as cable and WiFi.
The house is located in a peaceful, family and pet friendly newer neighborhood. It is a Master Planned Community, meaning that within the community, there are two pools, a park/playground, and an elementary school. They are currently in the process of completing the building of a Clubhouse and gym.
The house is about 20 minutes to the Medical Center and 30 minutes to downtown Houston.
About me: I’m a female who is pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I do not smoke and am drug-free. I am an animal lover and do have animals (dog/cats). Also, in the future there will be a young child living in the home. I like to keep the common areas clean...how you choose to keep your room is up to you.
About you: Female, smoke free, and drug-free. Likes animals and children. Respectful of my home and keeps common areas clean. Responsible and able to pay rent on time.
