I'm relocating to DC for a job opportunity in early August and looking to sign a lease ASAP. I actually found a great townhouse in SW Waterfront with easy access to the Metro, but I'm also willing to look at other places. I'm pretty easy going and drama-free, so no roommate trouble from me! I like to watch Netflix and stay in to read a good book, but also enjoy going out on the weekends. I would prefer roommates who are willing to hang out occasionally and explore the city.
