838 Looking for a Roommate ASAP for my Studio Apartment

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to come ASAP to share my studio apartment in Woodley Park/Adams Morgan. It's a studio apt with kitchen + bathroom. you'd have full access to both. Your portion of the rent would be: $838.50/month. You can prorate the rent if you want to stay for less than a month or start in the middle. Available for short term, or up to end of September (2019). About me: I'm 23 years old, female and work full time, I have a pretty long commute so I usually get home pretty late in the evening. I'd prefer if you don't stay up super late during the workweek. Female only, would prefer early-mid 20's, no parties or overnight guests, and you must pass a background check ($33 application fee). I have a pull out sofa bed that you can use, or you're welcome to bring your own bed. I'll be moving my bed into a different area so you'll have the main room to yourself. No smokers. Im looking for someone neat. Security deposit = first month's rent (+ the $33 application fee).

Target, CVS, various restaurants within walking distance. No pets.

Conveniently located, 10 mins walk to either Woodley Park or Cleveland Park Metro Stations. L1 and L2 buses stop right outside and run to downtown. The apartment complex has a nice gym downstairs.
