Large 13.33"x11" bedroom available in a 2 bedroom Luxury apartment.
Rent is $1184 plus utilities. This is 50% of the rent for the apartment, an even split. Room is available for rent from Aug 1 - Jan 31. This is a heavy discount since I secured the lease with a big promotion due to Covid.
Apartment building is only 2 years old. Apartment is about 750 sq ft and is fully stocked with:
- washer and dryer
- dishwasher
- new oven
- new, large refrigerator
- 55" television + soundbar and subwoofer
- air conditioning units/heaters in every room
- microwave
- toaster oven
- new hardwood floors
- high pressure showerhead/bathtub
- rooftop access with lounge chairs and BBQ grills
- business lounge with billiards and arcade games
- fitness center
Bedroom has an L shaped desk, office chair, blue rug, 2 bookshelves, and leather chair in it currently (see photos) but all these items will be removed for the tenant who takes over the room. Bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors—plenty of storage. There's also artwork on the walls that can stay up in the room or be taken done, whatever you prefer.
Kitchen and living room are combined and there's a dinner table with chairs, sofa, coffee table, and entertainment center. Rooms have large south-facing windows with great natural light.
Location:
Building is right next to the Broadway G and the Lorimer J/M so it's easy to get to Manhattan, Queens and lower parts of Brooklyn, and the L train is one stop away. Grocery stores, Walgreens and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance and North Williamsburg is about 15min away. Not too far to McCarren Park, Domino Park, the Smorgasburg food fair, and a few other smaller public rec centers.
