Hello, This is Alex. My roommate and I are looking for one more roommate to rent out the other room in our 2BD in Monterey Park.

You can rent month-to-month and the lease will be ending in Mid March. You're welcome to stay and lease month-to-month. We've been here since May 2016.

Jess, he's 25 and I am 30. We are both musicians and will have some music going occasionally but nothing extremely loud. I play saxophone for a couple spare hours during noon time in the day before work. We both work mainly weekends and nights with restaurants and Jess has school during the day. I keep busy with freelance work during my spare days or I use that time to work out.

We split the rent three ways with Jess in one room, I stay in a sectioned off part of the living room and you will have the other private room to yourself.

Shared bathroom, kitchen. Street parking.

Rent is typically around 680 plus whatever water and trash charges are accrued on the month rent, plus a separate gas and electric bill of around 40 a month, comes to about 720 a month give or take a dollar or two.

This would work well if you enjoy a quiet place with not much foot traffic in the house and a good temporary spot if you need to just rent somewhere without signing an entire year lease.
