We are looking for a roommate since our old roommate has just graduated and went back to China.

This apartment is great and has a TON of perks:
Huge Gym, Chilling Area with GIANT TV, office working pods, 2 grills, ping pong tables (All these perks on the second floor), We also have great security during the day as well as night-time. Parking is available as well.

Inside the apartment:
- Me and my girlfriend (Andrew/Jenny)

- Room is fully furnished as well

- Keys are touch-and-go, so one tap and you're in the building, one tap and you can lock the doors

Location:
- Right next to Twitter Headquarters, DOLBY Building, Market Street
- We have a Walgreen right downstairs, The Market (Groceries), Starbucks across the Street, Bart Station a 2 minute walk away from AVA entrance (just take a right on market and you're there)
- During the day (Super Safe), during the night (I mean it's San Francisco, and we have security patrolling during the night)
