My two roommates and I are looking for a fourth. We are hoping to find another 20-something to sign a lease with in either Harlem/Washington Heights or Central Brooklyn. We are hoping to keep rent under $800 per month.
I work for a law firm, Karin works for Teach for America, and Jensine works in casting. We often work late, but we occasionally like to cook together, hang out on our rooftop and drink tea, and go to dinner/trivia nights.
We are fine with guests (as well as overnight guests) as long as everyone is nice and respectful.
Ideally you would have no pets as two of us are allergic to cats, but this is negotiable.
