About Me

One bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment will be available for a July 1st move date. The room is large enough to fit a full size bed, large dresser and a desk. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walkup in Bedstuy, a 1 minute walk from the Kingston Throop train station. We have central air as well as heat, it is a rent stabilized building and you would only be sharing a bathroom with one person.

The two remaining roommates are 28 and 25, both women of color who work in media and are looking for someone who will blend in with the vibe seamlessly. Utilities at their highest are never more than an additional $75-$90 and each of us has ownership of a bill that we then venmo each other to split (you would be taking over internet/sling)

FEMALES ONLY. NO COUPLES. NO PETS. NO DRUGS.

You will need to provide the following in order to be approved:
First and security (security is $720, so $1447 total)
Applicants Personal Credit Score - 680-700 (a present dated pdf print of Credit Karma is fine, if not, there will be a $50 fee.)
