Hello-
I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room/take over lease ASAP. I could be flexible for the right fit. Ideally Aug 1, there is also Aug 15 or Sept 1.
The person you would be living with is a 24 year old creative women named Chandler who is working a full-time 9-5 in Brooklyn. Very kind, considerate, neat. We use our apartment as a home, mostly keeping our social life elsewhere, every-now and again we have people over for dinner or drinks. Would ask the same of you.
The lease would be ending 3/31/19. We would ask that the person filling the room commit to staying for 8 months with the possibility of taking over the lease in the next year if you love the space. Prospective renter would need to fill out an application with mgmt as well as submit income and complete a background and credit check. The building is owned by a smaller family run business - they are great and very responsive to any needs that come up.
It's a beautiful spot, great location! One of the best I've lived in! I have to move out of state for work and both of us are bummed to have to change roommates. Just looking for the right fit to take my spot until the end of the lease!
Payment expected would be 1st months rent, security deposit (one months rent), and last months rent. Additional costs month to month are internet, coned, and national grid. Totals around 70/month give or take.
I am open to selling most of the existing furniture to the subleter if needed.
