Great space, great block in East Village
The apartment is in the back of building. It is quiet and 2nd floor walk up. Very young and hip building. Closet to all transportation. Great restaurants, hang-out places, parks, shops. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment is a medium size place. It is a 1 bedroom converted into 2 bedrooms. You as a roommate get the bedroom. There are windows in each room. The private bedroom is furnished with a twin size bed, closet and shelves. You can also put a chair or desk in the room. There is sun in the afternoon. The kitchen has everything that is shareable. There is a cat that is very affectionate and stays in my room. Wifi and Con Ed are included in rent. No drinking or drugs in apartment. No loud music. To move in is one month security deposit and one month rent..
