I currently live in Clinton Hill and am looking to improve my housing. My apartment is in horrible physical condition and the building is on the market. I want a cozy, mature, clean space with professionally minded people. I'm a Texas native and work in Fragrance & Cosmetic Product Development with a growing firm (yes, that means free products for you). My tastes are on the artistic side but I'm a pretty practical person overall. I love NYC for the culture, the innovation and the surprises. I am a good mix of keep to myself or let's chill together. Basically, I'm pretty adaptable. I've been looking for a while and have encountered scams, people really looking for a lover or maid (or both), rentals already taken before I can type send or requirements of 100 times the rent to move in, my social security check and my future child's college tuition. I would love to check out the space and see if the vibe is right.
