Fully furnished room in WaHi

I just got a gig out of the country for the next 4 months with the chance of the contract being extended. The fully furnished room is in a huge apt. 3 min walk from the 157 stop of the 1 train. You'll be living with a gay black male choreographer. I've lived with him on and off for about 12 years. He's respectful, supportive, and keeps the common areas tidy. But he's also a fairly busy guy so he's constantly working.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, tv (not pictured) shelf, and there are paintings on the wall (not pictured). The apt is 1 block from Planet Fitness, 2 banks, the 1 train, and the new Boxers Washington Heights. Lots of places to order from and a nice grocery store 2 blocks away.
Its 4 stops to Columbia University, 1 stop or a 10 minute walk to the hospital, 25 mins to Lincoln Center and 30 minutes from Times Square.
Looking for a responsible roommate who can move in asap.
