Large room in a bright, clean two-bedroom first-floor apartment in a fantastic location!
Hello!
I am looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom in my lovely Yorkville apartment. The building is well-maintained and I live on the first floor. Central Park and the museums are a 15 minute walk away, and the East River is five minutes in the opposite direction.
Whole Foods and Fairway are close by, as well as two movie theaters and countless bars and restaurants. The 86th street Q station is a five minute walk, and the 4,5,6 is a ten minute walk.
Water and heat is included in the rent, and the apartment has a TON of storage/closet space.
