3.5 short blocks to Nostrand A/C trains, approx. 3-minute walk. Approx. 8-minute walk to Bedford-Nostrand G train. 20 minutes to Financial District, 25 to 14th Street, 30 to Midtown.
Tree-lined brownstone neighborhood.
Lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, yoga studios. I’m addicted to cute coffee shops, and I'm more than satisfied.
BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH
Bedroom with good-sized closet and adjoining private bath. Bedroom is approx. 100 sq. feet, fits full/queen bed. High ceilings with additional built-in storage. Faces quiet, back of building. Room is adjacent only to one downstairs neighbor. Top floor with one large window provides good natural light. Bath includes large shower and has entrances from bedroom and hallway, but is dedicated to this bedroom only.
Can come unfinished or furnished with dresser and IKEA couch that pulls out into a very comfortable, firm queen bed. Lots of storage under seat.
