Looking for a female roommate who is easy going and not necessarily a neat freak but not a lazy slob either. Someone who ideally takes turns cleaning communal areas and taking out the trash. Someone who doesn't mind occasionally people coming by. The 2 of us have a pretty busy schedule and enjoy local events, concerts and comedy shows, cooking, and also nights in. We occasionally hang out together both inside watching a show or a fun night out dancing. But also enjoy alone time so don't feel obligated to hang out if that's not your thing. Just looking for a kind and honest person overall. You would be joining us in renewing a 1-year lease.

Also, no bigotry, racism, homophobia tolerated in our apartment.
