My roommate and I currently live in a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex in the 70s between Columbus and Central Park West! We’re both pretty clean and like to keep the common areas like the kitchen and living room clean but don’t really care about your personal bedroom or bathroom at all. We’re pretty easy going and respect each others’ space. Our apartment is down the street from the 1, 2, 3, B, and C trains (B&C station is under construction until October) and 1 express stop from 42! We are right by the park, there are tons of good restaurants, and Levain bakery is down the block. We are on a pretty quiet street that is mostly residential except for one pizzeria and a dry cleaners that does wash & fold. There is laundry across the street! The free room has a private bathroom in the room and fits a full or queen bed and has a window. Our current 3rd roommate hasn’t moved out yet, so we haven’t posted pictures of her room, but please message me for more details! The room itself is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is.
