About the apartment: located in midtown with plenty of room, sunlight, doorman, elevator, a rooftop overlooking the empire state building and laundry room on each floor, close to all subway stops, bryant park and grand central. We share internet and utilities which run about $50 per person a month, in the summer it can be higher around $70. In the winter the heat is included so it's not that bad.
About the room: spacious full room that can fit a queen size bed (current roommate has a full size bed that he bought from the previous roommate), a couch, a coffee table, a TV and it comes with a big closet. You will share the bathroom with one girl.
About us: we are two young professional females, clean, quiet, and respectful; we both enjoy exploring the city and prefer to hang out with friends outside the apartment, although sometimes we would have a glass of wine at home.
About you: hope you are a similar minded young professional who is clean, quiet and respectful (no.1 priority), to move in, you will need 1.5x as security, first month rent. Jan will be the last month of our lease and we plan to renew, the rate for 2018 will be $1675. We prefer long term roommate over short term.
