I'm looking for a roommate starting August 1st in a separated room in an updated modern apartment. It's spacious (11'x15') with it's own bathroom for $1200. The apartment has a huge living room and kitchen all with new appliances. I can't forget to mention it has skylights! It's a 5th floor walk-up on 176th Street, right next to the A train and buses for easy commute. It's also just next to a great grocery store and Planet Fitness.
