Master bedroom in Long Island City waterfront apartment
Our roommate is moving out at the end of March so we're looking for someone to sign a new lease with us beginning on April 1.
We're two males, 30 and 29, working in engineering and finance respectively. We have a typical M-F schedule and are not home too often. We're past the the partying stage and are basically quiet and in our rooms by 10. We're considerate, mature, and keep the common areas clean. We're respectful of your privacy but certainly down to grab a bite or hang out once in a while. We do like to watch sports, especially football Sundays. The apartment is a place for us to relax and unwind so we keep our social activities outside the apartment.
This is a true 3BD/3BA unit, so we have a good amount of living/dining space which is already furnished. Your private bathroom is inside your room. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We have a balcony which offers a great view of the city. There are grocery stores, Duane Reade and CVS nearby. One stop away from Grand Central on the subway which is a few blocks away. This is a 24/7 doorman building, with gym and lounge in the building, as well as an outdoor roof deck with BBQs, tennis courts, and a beach volleyball court, it's a great area to host friends.
