Available Room for Rent
49th and 2nd Ave.
Hybrid 2 bedroom, will be moving in early in January. Shared and separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Can’t find a better location for this price. I will be living in the hybrid bedroom and put up a divider which will create a small hallway to the more private bedroom that I am offering. Price per month will include WiFi, cable in living room, and electric/gas bills. Will also hold a security deposit, rest of the details will be worked out in person. Ultimately I’m looking for someone who is working, cool, and alright with sharing a living space.
