Seeking 1 human to move into my 2 bed 2 bath townhouse at mid/end of March, for a 12 month lease. Move in as early as March 14. You'll get your own bedroom and full bathroom, and will be utterly spoiled by a host of wonderful amenities (see below).

About me: I have been living in this apartment for over 2 years, and my roommate is moving out. I'm 30 year old guy, a software engineer and entrepreneur. I work from home sometimes and am pretty easy going.

About you: I'm looking for a considerate, responsible roommate who is reasonably clean and quiet. This isn't a good place to throw parties, but I'm down if you want to have over respectful company sometimes. This will be your home too, so feel free to use the kitchen, team up with me on decorating, etc. Pets and cigarette smoking are not permitted by landlord.
