I'm looking to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease, which goes through July 31st... at which time there's a possibility of signing a new 12 month contract. We can discuss payment for the security deposit (required), just $1,500 paid monthly. I have currently paid the security deposit through the end of the lease term. Here's more about the space:

- 24 hr concierge in the building
- Fully furnished condo with internet, heat and A/C
- In unit washer and dryer!
- Parking garage below building
- No pets

There are two men and two women that live in this 12th floor downtown condo... the people are fantastic, quiet and the location is unbeatable! We're in tech/healthcare and keep the space tidy and clean.

We are right on the edge of South End, Theater District, and Chinatown - Close to Tufts Medical Center, The orange line, 0.4 miles from the green line, Whole Foods, and downtown Boston, close to planet fitness, Boston Sports club, 0.4 miles from the boston common, movie theatre and multiple shops and restaurants are close to downtown crossing station . Ideal location for walking everywhere! I love the building and location but I am moving to be closer to work.
