This place is located in an awesome location right near Target on Queens Boulevard, it is right near the R/M train, buses, and Queens Center Mall. It is next to supermarkets, laundry, and anything else you might need.

This is a private room (for one adult) in a 2 level house. The bathroom is shared. The first level is the newly done kitchen, dining room, and living room. We presently have 3 cats (no more pets please) in the household.

Cost is 1100.00 per month (including utilities.)
We can share the internet (25.00 each.)
