I'm looking for a room with sunlight and closet space. I mostly keep to myself, but ideally, I'd love to hang out and get to know you + any other potential roommates! My dream apartment would be in a quiet neighborhood that hasn't totally fallen victim to gentrification yet. I work in TriBeCa/Little Italy and would like a commute less than 40 minutes.
