About Me

Mainly looking for somebody easy going and drama-free. I've just moved back to NY after some time spent studying abroad, and have started a job working as an attorney in Forest Hills. I'm posting here in case anyone has a room that might be a fit or would be interested in going in on a 2 or 3 bedroom place somewhere along the E train in Queens.

I'm financially stable with good credit, but also pretty laid back - ideally you'd be the same. I don't make a huge mess or bring the party home, but I do like to cook and because I'm from Ireland I would probably have some visitors in the summer months (who would also be polite and respectful). We don't need to be best friends but I do feel like a living situation is nicer when you live with someone/people you are compatible with.

Ideally you'd be someone working full time and on top of your s**t, but also cool and calm and not uptight. I'd really like a place with a balcony/roof/garden or some kind of outside, too.

My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date Mar 2018
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 26
Occupation Attorney
Pets No Pets
Education London School Of Economics
Relationship Status Dating

We think David would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
