About the space: Newly renovated home - new everything 1,400 Sq Feet, 4 bedroom 2 bath with an open floor plan, backyard patio/yard, washer and dryer, two car attached garage (you get a spot in the garage) and modern farmhouse style kitchen. Room for rent is spacious with ample closet space (unfurnished) and personal bathroom. The third room is used as a guest room that you are welcome to use for friends and family. Lots of available storage in garage and house. By the tie you move in the entire home (minus your bedroom) will be furnished and decorated.
Total occupancy is two, you and me.
About me: I'm a 31 year-old male who works full time as sports producer for a virtual reality startup company. I usually keep my weekdays mellow with the gym, work and salsa dancing in the evenings. On the weekends, I tend to travel a lot or I'm usually out with friends. I love the outdoors - hiking, mountain biking, surfing - so my free time is prominently focused on doing either of those activities. I also love the beach so during the summer I'm rarely home during the day.
About you: Male or Female with a full time job who is clean (I'm semi OCD) loves to have a good time and is drama free.
