About us: A 25 yo non-binary lawyer. A 27 yo femme cis female working in fashion. We are more diverse than your college admission brochure. We prioritize open communication and maintaining a clean, inclusive home. We are frequently out on the evenings except, of course, to catch the latest episodes of American Horror Story, Riverdale, and Vanderpump Rules; to pre-game on a Friday night; & to recover on Saturday mornings. We are generally responsible on weeknights and adventurous on weekends. We primarily unwind/relax when we are home but give timely notice when we plan on pregaming and never bring the party back home with us. We have become great friends as a result of living together for 2 years and often pregame and go out together. We would love to have a 3rd musketeer to join in on the fun but are also fine with someone more reserved who is clean and courteous!

About you:
A kind and responsible LGBTQ-friendly person available to move in on August 1st or August 15th and stay through the end of the lease on May 31, 2020.
Ability to clean up after yourself without being asked is necessary. Willingness to chip in on cleaning and paper supplies is essential.
Eagerness to join in on TV viewings and offer advice on our online shopping hauls is a plus. (Also, a plus if you have a TV of your own as the TV pictured belongs to our departing roomie!)
