I am looking for a roommate in in my 3-bedroom Torrance house. One room has been turned into an office b/c I work from home during the week. You are more than welcome to share the office with me. I am 32 years old, keep things pretty clean, have a motorcycle, a mustache, and two 1960's VW buses. I own a winery in Sonoma so I travel a lot. No dogs b/c the landlord said so, and obviously no cat's b/c they are stupid. The Internet is fiber optic so that rocks. Actually, send me your Instagram too. That way we save time.  The house is pretty cool, has a two car garage, big backyard and is on a hill so there is always a nice breeze going. Parking is super easy on the block, and there is a big driveway. The kitchen has all the standard things a kitchen has. Water, trash, and the gardener are paid by the landlord. We would just split Internet and power.
