Roommate needed to move in by Dec 1st, 2018
Hey future Roomi, your 2 roommates are both in our early 30s, working professionals, very clean, sociable, easy to talk to. We are looking for a long -term roommate. You will be signing a lease. We’re on the 3rd floor. Your future room is full of light. Can fit a full/queen size bed and a dresser comfortably. There is storage in the basement, and also a washer and dryer. Utilities are split equally and we pay on time. You will be sharing the bathroom with one roommate. Other roommate has her own bathroom in room. There’s a lot of space in the common area to add more furniture. We’re actually trying to make the apartment feel more like a home. Feel free to ask me anything.
Ps. Room is unfurnished. All furniture will be removed before new roommate moves in.
