Bedroom available: Queen sized bedroom with closet, two windows facing back building, overhead space inside the room.
Apartment: Separate full kitchen with window and good sized living room (lots of light) that fits couch and lazyboy. Living room also has two large windows + coat/extra closet. Bathroom has small window. The apartment has high ceilings and hardwood floors. A hallway separates the kitchen/living space, allowing for quiet and privacy in the backrooms. Walk-up pre-war building with friendly and quiet neighbors.
Looking for a roommate to sign into a 1 year lease starting in July. Electric and Internet bills are split and average $60 each a month.
