A Chef's kitchen, communal table and it comes with a large backyard and our bedrooms are on the first level are minimum 10x10 with 18ft high ceilings and a large 750sq ft basement level loft with a private 1/2 bath with direct access to the washer/dryer in the common area. Cathedral ceilings, new appliances, a large private backyard and extra refrigerator outdoors make our place great for hosting - if and when you would like to have others over. We are all entertainers and love food, fashion and art.
Gregory & Veronica met in the fashion industry, but don't judge us as we are both down to earth people. Madhi is a talented chef and Gregory's partner. Everything in our apartment is new or new-ish. The neighborhood is safe as per our experience thus far and close to 3 trains into Manhattan and Brooklyn.
3 blocks to L (Bushwick-Aberdeen), J (Chauncey) A/C (Broadway-Junction) and 5 blocks to LIRR (east New York). We also get Uber, Lyft, Juno, with quick response and have Car2Go in the neighborhood which makes quick trips very easy for as little as .41 per minute or $35 for 3 hours. There is both a community garden and baseball park on our street. There are free workout machines in the park, basketball, and handball courts also.

IDEAL ROOMMATE
We appreciate common respect, picking up after yourself, no shoes inside, doesn't bring meat, fish or eggs in our home and hope you will enjoy the artistic vibe that comes from each of us. We are all talented at something, so we want your talent to be able to reflect in your mood. An occasional sleepover is cool, but please be respectful.
Having family over? No problem. We love getting to know more about you through your genes - or who you are trying not to be like.
Need the room unfurnished? We can move the bed frame, dresser or all of the furniture out of your way. Let us know. We have a storage if these items are not needed. No change in the price, but we can assist with helping you with building shelving in the cubicle spaces.
If you smoke, please use our private backyard for either smoking preference. If you enjoy cooking, food, fashion or Brooklyn nightlife, you will enjoy living with us. When spring hits we have dining experiences in the outside space and an occasional movie night projected on the wall into our backyard.
