About your roommate: 1 guy, professional and very clean - Works in downtown SF in consulting and is often traveling. He's usually out on the weekends so you wont see him much.

Overall this is a perfect apartment in a perfect neighborhood, with another gym across the street, grocery store also across the street, easy 1 minute walk to major muni/bus lines and BART is a 3-4 minute walk. Also, the building is 2 blocks away from Hayes valley with all restaurants.
