Available Room for Rent
Well Located, Well Priced Mission District Room
Our apartment (currently consisting of 3 men, 2 women, all 23-24 years old) is subletting one of our rooms. The room is approximately 130 square feet and rent is $1250/month, not including utilities and internet (which come out to about $30/month). The room comes with a desk, chair, and full-sized bed frame and mattress. The east wall of the room has 3 large, sliding-shutter windows. The west wall of the room has a door opening into the central area / kitchen.
We are a friendly and reasonable bunch. It requires a bit of collaboration to share a kitchen and 1.5 baths between 6 people (incl. you) but it's been totally manageable for the past year. We'd like to sign an approximately 6 month sublease with someone with the intention to extend it if things work out.
