Black male, late 30's from DC and Maryland area looking for a room mate male or female doesnt matter to me. I tend to keep my places clean so I can only live with some one who is equally tidy and not too messy. I prefer to room with another professional such as my self with a career and who is equally as laid back and outgoing as me and responsible.

I have a place now but looking to move to a new place April/May this year(when my current lease is up) to cut bills for at least a year before purchasing another home.

I'm in the IT field so I occasionally work late nights(12am-5a) sometimes either at home or out in the office. I'm a certified personal trainer, although due to my full time job taking all my time, I'm not currently training any clients outside of friends.

I go to the gym (or train at home) 3-5 days a week. I'm heavy into watching sports, and also attend happy hours or the bar/lounge life occasionally maybe 2 times per week to blow off some steam. I don't smoke anymore but I don't really care if the roommate does long as its not burning up the furniture or excessive.
