Nob Hill Flat

Looking to rent out the the second bedroom in my flat. The shared living spaces are almost completely furnished and the only furniture my roommate would need is the furnishings for his/her own room (pictures shown are from before I moved in). Although if you are a decorator, I’m always looking for suggestions and more than willing to rearrange. Room for rent also comes with exclusive access to a bonus room the flat has. Bonus room is right next to the room and has an extensive mirrored closet in it and other general space for storage. Basically the whole front of the flat will be my roommates space.

In unit laundry room with fantastic washer and dryer. Gas stove in the kitchen, and heater for when it gets cold. Also, there are an extensive number of windows that create an amazing cross breeze for those few SF days where it gets hot. I have a really friendly cat that just lounges around all day.

Finally, the unit is in a great location. Only 2 blocks from Grace Cathedral.
