I have a pretty active and busy lifestyle with work, my dogs, organizations I'm involved in, and friends. I have lived in Denver for 11 years and I plan on staying for at least one more year. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful of my home, clean, works, pays rent and utilities on time, is friendly, and I can trust around my dogs. Looking for 1 roommate in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in central Denver
I live in a 3 bed/2bath house in Cole neighborhood in Denver. I am looking for only 1 roommate and you will get your own bedroom and full bathroom. I have a backyard that I keep up and there is street parking (I've never had a problem finding parking). It's a two-story house that has been updated. The house is furnished with my furniture so I'm looking for someone who will only need to furnish their bedroom. I'm very easygoing as long as you're respectful of my space, furniture, and belongings, good and friendly with me and my dogs, clean, and pays rent on time. Lease terms can be flexible but looking for a minimum of 3 months to start with, preferably 6 - 8 months.
