Chester L - $1,800/month

Hi there!

My name's Chester, and I'm a Canadian professional in my mid 20s that's moving back to New York for work. I'm looking for a place to stay in for about a year in downtown Manhattan.

About my work / schedule:
I work as a Business Strategy & Operations Manager at a digital media company called Refinery29. I'll be working from 9-7, and I usually tend to go to the gym after work, grab a salad on the way back, and unwind in my room on weekdays. On weekends I'm out exploring and am rarely home, so you won't notice me much, but I'm of course open to hanging out with my roommates.

Little bit more about me and what kind of roommate I'd be:
I was born in Hong Kong, but raised in Canada. The cities I've lived in before my current move back to NYC are London, NYC, and Singapore (I like NYC the most...!).

While I'm social, I also keep to myself when I need to or when I sense others need their space. I'm really easy going, clean up after myself, and just want to have a nice space to be in as a home and expect my roommates to feel the same.
