Available Room for Rent
Room available in great building!
Hi! I have a room available in a converted two-bedroom. The unit is in a great building, with a doorman, security, laundry room and elevator. It’s very clean and located on a quiet floor. The room is a bit smaller than the other bedroom, but has large windows and a wall up to the ceiling.
The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to the Q and 6 trains. There’s shopping, museums and good restaurants all in walking distance. The building has a gym for a monthly fee.
I am very clean, conscientious and friendly, and I am looking for the same in a roommate. No smokers or people who bring the party home please! Pet owners welcome (but may require an extra fee with the building).
Because of the building’s rent requirements, a salary of $78K and above plus good credit is needed. Please let me know soon as paperwork is needed!
