My roommate and I live in a 3BR, 2Bath apt. We are very quiet, 3 family bldg is quiet, n'hood is quiet. We need a roommate who is quiet and sleeps at night. We are scent-sensitive - I can't stand the smell of seafood, fatty meat, or hing. She can't stand strong perfumes/candles, chemicals. Neither of us can stand smoke. We are easy to get along with, progressive, intelligent, fair, honest, down to earth, and really, really not into drama or BS. We are 2 middle-aged women who are chill and still alive. We really want someone who has their life together.

Room is unfurnished and has space for a queen-size bed, large dresser, desk and still has plenty of room for yoga/exercise. Extremely sunny, 5' window, hardwood floors. Apt. is comfy w/ nice vibe, terrace, D/W, full DR, large LR, honest landlord, no critters. Top fl. of 3 family. N'hood is very quiet, very safe, has good street parking, trees and a terrific park nearby. Grocery stores, pharmacies, Chinese/deli/pizza, dry cleaners all w/in a few blocks. New laundromat (immaculate) around the corner. Bus 1 block away w/ 2 others nearby, 12 min walk to subway/Queens Center Mall (Macy's, JCPenny, H&M, tons more) Target, Bed Bath Beyond, Burlington, Old Navy, Marshall's, Century 21, TJMax, Costco, all nearby. 15 min. drive to LaGuardia Airport.
We are middle aged but still alive, clean, very quiet and respectful of each other's privacy. UR in your 30’s, 40’s, or 50’s too, plus responsible, on a 9-5 schedule (no evening gigs), and don't cook fish. No pets, partiers, smokers, and have no critters to bring with you. Absolute necessity: Utter quiet by midnight. N’hood so quiet you can hear EVERYTHING.
